General Rules
- Discipline is compulsory and everyone must have to behave with disciplined manners.
- For school related work/query, first contact supervisor, Principal and Manager/Managing Trustee. Parents may contact the Principal and the teachers (with the permission of the Principal) during the visiting hours. In case of any emergency, the parent may contact their child through the Principal in the school office. Parents are not permitted to visit the classrooms.
- Parents should not send their child to school when he/she is suffering from any serious disease or inform school in written about any permanent/long term disease the student is suffering from.
- Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her things. Expensive articles like mobiles, electronic gadget, calculator etc. should not be brought to school. They are also not allowed to wear jewellery to school. In case of violation of this rule the article will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
- Parents should have to come at school and sign the register for leave of child in mid of the school hours. The written permission letter, or note in lesson diary is not allowed.
- No students allowed absenting without prior permission/intimation. However the absent student without prior permission/intimation will have to bring the parents note stating the reason for the absence in lesson diary.
- Students who have been on sick leave during examination should bring a medical certificate from their doctor on joining school.
- A student and his/her parents will be warned for any misconduct or misbehaviour of the student continuous absent. However for grave indiscipline or misconduct, long absence without permission or for similar reason a student may be removed from the school.
- School sent the student's progress report and examination report for the parents to read and check it carefully and send back with acknowledged sign.
- Students should dress in full school uniform every day decided by school management. No student will be allowed in classroom with uniform.
- Students will not be allowed to appear in examination that remained to pay school fee.
- Parents will be liable to pay for any damage of school property by his/her ward.
- School recommend those students not to bring bicycle who residing near to school campus. The school is responsible for any theft or any type of lost.
- Students should bring the home made snack and requested not to eat any snacks stuff purchased from the market. If possible, students may bring boiled Grains, Vegetables and chapatti.
- In School the purified and cool drinking water available, so no students need to bring the water bottle or water bag.
- School leaving certificate will be issued only after payments of all due fee of school.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to compulsory bring the school FEE Card when they arrive to school for receiving examination result or registration cancellation.
- Parents should notify the school of any changes in their residential address and telephone numbers.
- Parents are requested to drop their child on school gate and do not enter the school campus when they arrive to drop his/her child.
- The students and parents/guardians are bonded for above mentioned rules or new added or corrected rules by school management.
